Your goal isn't waiting on your swing.
It's waiting on you.
Because here’s the thing: it’s what you’re believing that’s standing between you and your goal. If you’re not playing — or living — the way you want to, it’s not because you’re missing talent, time, or the right gear. It’s because of something you either do or don’t believe. About the goal. And about yourself.
That’s the whole game.
So what does most every golfer do when they want to reach a goal?
They go shopping for it on the outside.
How most golfers chase a goal:

New gear. Lessons. Swing tips. Practice. More rounds. More grinding. And somewhere out past all that effort — success, they hope.
And yet here’s what you never get told: you can stack every one of those on top of each other and still come up short. Not because you’re wrong — because you’re not aiming at the right target. You can’t out-gear, out-lesson, or out-grind a belief that says “that’s not me.” “I’m not that kind of player.” “I don’t have what it takes.”
The tactic changes. The BS doesn’t. So the goal keeps moving.
The only way to actually reach it? Change what you believe.
Here is the he inside-out path I teach: Identity, Beliefs, Meaning, Emotions, Self-Image, Action, Results

This is the work that actually gets you there — from the inside out. It starts with Identity (who you believe you are), which solidifies your existing Beliefs, the Meaning you give things, the Emotions that follow, and the Self-Image you carry to the first tee.
That’s what drives your Action —and your Results.
Change it at the front, and the whole chain moves. Better shots, yes.
And more calm, more confidence, more you — on the course and off it.
Here’s my promise:
I’m going to bust the BS that’s been running the show — the beliefs about yourself and about your goal that have kept you stuck.

Others say it best...
“I used EFT not only for golf, but for business. Every time I have an EFT session with SL, I accomplish what felt like an impossible task.
EFT helps me tremendously to release stress and stay focused on my goals as a golfer and business owner. The tapping enables me to release emotional blocks and ineffective thoughts to make room for positive energy and a winning mindset. EFT supports the inner work that we all need to bring our very best to the golf course and the boardroom.
Today I enjoyed learning how to control emotions and thoughts to hit consistent shots.
Realizing that I am a good putter and thinking the right thoughts can control how well you perform.
Today I learned how to release anxiety and enjoy putting.
Today was about "hitting my driver where I choose to".
I've been learning a lot of my feelings and emotions are common and normal
I learned how to play better golf, how to relax and various ways to increase positive thoughts and decrease negative thoughts.
In the workshop I learned "choosing to be a good player".
I experienced how to relax and clear the mind.
Why I use EFT to help golfers bust their beliefs...
#1 because it works. It is the most effective tool I’ve used to change negative emotions.
And if you don’t know me that probably means nothing so consider this:
- It’s approved by the U.S. Veterans Administration for use in the treatment of PTSD
- It’s now covered for those with Original Medicare for use with anxiety, depression and chronic muscle and joint pain.
It’s a practical method for changing what happens inside you when the pressure shows up.
Maybe you’re a man who is saying to himself “I don’t want to talk about my emotions because it will make me look weak”
Maybe you’re a woman who is saying to herself “if I show my emotions, I’ll be called a bitch”
What’s the common denominator here?
It’s the discord under both of those statements that is going to continue to eff you up until you change the dialogue. It’s not even so much what you’re thinking that impacts you most—it’s how you feel about what you think.
That’s why when we’re able to reduce or even dissolve the ‘feeling’ under the thought, the thought will no longer affect you.
Upgrading your golf game isn’t so much about positive thinking as it is about releasing all your negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Empowering thoughts and perspectives will naturally surface when the ones that are wreaking havoc on your play are gone.
